Bridging Worlds through Creativity

Today, the sun was shining and I was able to get outdoors and into the garden to do some much needed clean-up. I took away the blackened tomato plant stems, pulled out basil and dill, trimmed back some chamomile and was pleased to notice that my thyme and oregano are still going strong, even after several icy, fog-frosted nights. The sunflower above reminded me of how sweet it was to be outside on Dec. 30th, with temps in the 50’s. Just a few hours later, the sun has dipped lower in the sky, near sunset, and the temps are considerably cooler. What a gift the warmth of the sun is, and without it, we do not exist ~ enjoying every moment.
